Q1. How to deposit money (fiat) into my account 

  • Select the Wallets Tab, Click on the Canadian Wallet on the left

  • Select the Deposit option to the right

We currently offer two different deposit options –

  • Direct Interac E-Transfers

  • Wire Transfers. 

For Direct Interac E-Transfers:

  • You will fill in the CAD amount you want to deposit, then click the 'Initiate Transfer' button.

  • A screen will pop up advising you of the Name and Email Address, that will need to be used when adding Catalyx as a recipient for Interac Etransfer. ** Please take note of the Memo/Note information, (You can copy it if you could like), as it will be required later when logging into your Online banking and processing the Direct Etransfer.

  • Now you will log into your Financial Institutions Online Banking Platform

  • You will add Catalyx as a recipient, using the name: 56 Financials and the email address: [email protected]

  • Enter the amount you confirmed you were sending on the site.

  • Because the account is set up for AutoDeposit, it is VERY IMPORTANT, that you add the Message/Note provided by the Catalyx site. You can paste in the message or note section of the Etransfer, should you have copied it. *Without this information, your transaction may be delayed or rejected. ** Each additional time you submit a Direct Etransfer Deposit, you will be provided with a new Memo/Note. You CANNOT use a memo note twice.

**Please note that we do not accept funds for credit to your Catalyx account, from a 3rd party, meaning should the name on the incoming ETransfer not match the name on your Catalyx account, the ETransfer will be rejected!

Q2. What are the minimum & maximum deposit amounts?

Should you wish to process a large deposit, please consider sending funds via Wire Transfer.

Q3. How to withdraw money from my Catalyx account?

  • Go to ‘Wallets’ page. Select the option 'Withdrawal'.

We currently offer, two different withdrawal options-

  • E-Transfer (*New)

  • Wire Transfers.

For E-Transfer Withdrawals:

  • You will fill in the amount of CAD you want to withdraw from your Catalyx account

  • Then click the 'Initiate Transfer' button.

  • Once submitted, you will receive a confirmation email from Catalyx advising you the transaction is in process.

  • Once processed you will receive an email, from 56 Financials Inc, on behalf of Interac, with detailed instructions on how to receive your funds.

Q4. What are the minimum & maximum withdrawal amounts?

Should you wish to process a large withdrawal, please consider accepting funds via Wire Transfer.


Q5. I did not receive a deposit/withdrawal confirmation email 

Should you not receive the email confirmation, please email our Customer Support Team and someone will help you as soon as possible.

Q6. My Deposit did not arrive - Track my deposit

If it has been beyond 12hrs since you received the confirmation email from your bank that the funds were successfully deposited, and the money is not in your Catalyx account, please email us.

Q7. Where is my Withdrawal? Track my withdrawal

If it has been beyond 24hrs, and you have not received the email from 56 Financials Inc, on behalf of Interac, instructing you on how to deposit your funds to your bank account, please email us.
