Q1. How to Transfer Cryptocurrencies into my Catalyx account?

  • Go to the ‘Wallets’ page

  • On the left hand-side will be a listing of all the coins/tokens available on Catalyx, you can scroll through the entire listing, using the scrolling bar.

  • Once you have selected the coin/token you wish to transfer to your Catalyx account, you will then click the 'Receive' tab on the right hand side. If you haven't created a deposit address for this coin yet, you will need to by clicking on the 'Create a _____ Deposit Address' button.  
    It usually takes a few minutes to generate the deposit address, so please revisit this page after a while, you will see the deposit address once it's created.

  • You will then use this deposit address, as the wallet address, when transferring your crypto currency amount from another source.  Once we receive the deposit, we will update your account accordingly.

*Deposits will be processed daily, as they are received.

Q2. What are the minimum & maximum Deposit amounts and fees?

The minimum limit for Cryptocurrency being transferred into your Catalyx account, must be atleast 3 times the amount of the fee being charged to send your Cryptocurrency , unless specified from your sending destination. And there's no fee to be charged for crypto deposits.  
*Please be aware that some coins charge you a fee to move your funds from another address to Catalyx. This means that the coins network will charge you the normal transaction fee for this send, not Catalyx, therefore this fee is unavoidable.

Q3. What do I do if my Deposit did not arrive - Track my deposit?

Deposits usually take 1 hour or more depending on the nature of the coin network. You can track your deposit by searching the transaction ID from each coin's blockchain explorer web site.  You can obtain the transaction ID from the source site, of where you processed the transfer from.

Q4. How to Withdraw Cryptocurrency out of my Catalyx account?

  • Go to the ‘Wallets’ page

  • On the left hand-side will be a listing of all the coins/tokens available on Catalyx, you can scroll through the entire listing, using the scrolling bar.

  • Once you have selected the coin/token you wish to transfer out of your Catalyx account, you will then click the 'Send' tab on the right hand side.

  • You will then need to input the destination address -- which is the crypto wallet address you want to withdraw the crypto to.

  • Finally input the amount you wish to send

  • There is also an "Optional Information" field, where you can input the payment ID/ Memo/Tag, if it applies to the transaction (in most cases this section is to be left blank).

  • Once you have confirmed the information you have input, click the 'Initiate Transfer' button.

*Withdrawals will be processed daily, please note that deposits sent outside of the window of 9am-11pm PST, can and may be delayed in processing. You can track the withdrawal status on your "Dashboard".

Q5. What is the Minimum & Maximum Withdrawal amounts and fees?

The minimum amount of Cryptocurrency being transferred out from your Catalyx account must be atleast 3 times the amount of the fee being charged to send your Cryptocurrency externally.  We do not make any profit on withdrawals.  However, each coin has a set of network transfer fees that is built into the coin, therefore your withdrawal amount, needs to be sufficient enough to cover these fees. Should you not transfer enough to cover the fee, your withdrawal request will fail and you will be advised with a Below Minimum Required message. Please adjust your withdrawal accordingly to accommodate for this. 

Q6. Where is my withdrawal - Track my withdrawal?
