Your legal name may be changed, but we will require supporting documentation sent to us, to fulfill your request. Please email all name changes requests to ([email protected]). Someone from our support team will reach out to you within 24hrs.


Q2. How do I change the province and country registered on my account?

To update your mailing address on file, please email our support department at ([email protected]) to fulfill your request. Someone will reach out to you within 24hrs. Supporting documentation confirming change of address will be required, ie. updated ID with address change


Q3. I forgot which email address I registered with, how can I check it? 

To verify which email address is registered to your account, please email our support department at ([email protected]). Someone will respond to your query within 24hrs. Supporting documentation, proving your identification will be needed. ie, Identification used at Sign up


Q4. I forgot my password, how do I change/reset my password? 

To reset your password, enter your login ID (Email address you registered with) and press “Reset Password”, a verification email will be sent to you within 24hrs. Follow the prompts in the email to reset the password
