Q1. How to deposit money into my account 

Go to ‘Deposit/Withdrawal’ page. 

We offer four different deposit options – Credit Card, Direct Debit (or Interac e-Transfer), EFT (or Pre-Authorized Debit) and Paypal. Click one of the buttons for the deposit options, then fill in the CAD amount of the deposits, then click the 'Initiate Transfer' button.

You will receive a confirmation email of your deposit request.

Currently we opened two deposit options -- EFT and E-Transfer, we are working on other options now.
We are also preparing a bank wire option. Please contact us for the details at [email protected].  

Q2. Minimum & maximum deposit amount and fees?

The minimum deposit amount is CAD 100, and the maximum deposit amount is CAD 3000 per day.

We offer four different withdrawal options – Credit Card, Direct Debit (or Interac e-Transfer), EFT and Paypal. Click one of the buttons for the withdrawal options, then fill in the CAD amount of the withdrawal, then click the 'Initiate Transfer' button.

You will receive a confirmation email of your withdrawal request.

*Payments/Withdrawals will be processed daily, please allow 24-48hrs for credit to your bank account.

Q5. Did not receive deposit/withdrawal confirmation email 

Please email [email protected], our customer support team will respond to your query within 24 hours.

Q6. Deposit did not arrive - Track my deposit

You will receive a confirmation email or text message once funds have been moved out from your bank account. Deposits into your CatalX account can take up to up to 7 business days to arrive. If you still don’t receive the confirmation e-mail after 7 business days, please contact your financial institution.  

Q7. Where is my withdrawal- Track my withdrawal?

Withdrawals are processed daily and can take up to 9 business days to reach the bank account registered with your CatalX account. If you still don’t receive the fund after 9 business days, please email [email protected], our customer support team will respond to your query within 24 hours.
